My family enjoyed our weekend getaway at Larry’s place. We were walking distance to the beach even with small kids. The complex was private and easy to find off a main road and close to restaurants and grocery stores. So many small items were already stocked in the apartment which made our first day so much easier. Larry was very friendly and communicative and even offered an early check in due to quicker than anticipated turn over. We had a great few days and we would love to book with Larry again! Rachel

This is the first time we visited Amelia Island and we enjoyed it. I recommend this condo for the following reasons:

 1) Very nice, quiet condo with pool/fishing pond 

2) all the furnishings were new 

3) included beach accessories 4) coffee/tea/snacks provided 

5) centrally located to all activities 

6) condo was spotless 

7) owner very engaged.

We had a wonderful 4 days and the condo was perfect! Easy walk to the beach, had lunch outside at Sliders, villa pool was right outside our door! Enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings! So many extras provided for us in the unit! It was lovely!! William

First visit to Amelia Island. Larry’s place was great…it was super clean and everything looked brand new. Awesome location…you can see the pool from the balcony and only a couple blocks from the beach. Kids loved the provided snacks and the beach wagon and supplies/toys were a nice added touch. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

Absolutely wonderful! Very spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Very quiet area and being on the top floor was nice. (Lots of steps). Had everything we needed and more. Location was central to everything. The beach path is so close and was just a few minutes to walk to a great part of the beach. The hosts are amazing with communication and are so accommodating. You will be very happy staying here!!
